WAC Running Backs

This year should be a very good year for the Western Athletic Conference in terms of running the ball. Who is the top running back? The top five backs in the league are back, plus San Jose State returns Yonus Davis, who missed last year. Davis was one of the league's top backs a couple of years ago.

Here is my top five
1. Ian Johnson, Boise State
2. Luke Lippincott, Idaho
3. Deonte' Jackson
4. Ryan Matthews, Fresno State
5. Yonus Davis, San Jose State

On a side note with New Mexico State, the Aggies will have at least three battle it out for the No. 1 spot. Tonny Glenn has played for the past two years, but he will have stiff competition from JC player Seth Smith and Marquell Colston.

Id kind of have to go with Daniel Libre, Kealoha Pilares and Aaron Bain of Hawaii to put up some good numbers this season. I also like Sheldon Bailey, freshman at Idaho if they dont redshirt him.

I heard a lot of good things from Smith, Colston and obviously, Tony Glynn.
I'm not worried about the offense. It's the defense and they are dropping like flies with injuries!
