El Paso junior featherweight Antonio Escalante won his 10-round fight against Cornelius Lock on Friday night at the Don Haskins Center.
Escalante, who was was cut on his left eye early in the fight, won by scores of 100-88 x2 and 98-90. Escalante is now 20-2 in his career. Escalante landed several hard body blows and was in control for much of the fight, flooring Lock twice in round three.
Lock had his moments, but was unable to keep Escalante off of him for much of the night.
