What's your take on the NMAA's seedings? The theory has been that the NMAA has favored Albuquerque schools and there was certainly justification to shake the seedings up with Cruces win over Mayfield. I expected Cruces a #5 seed with Mayfield falling to at least a #2 or even a 3rd seed with La Cueva and Manzano in opposite brackets. Didn't happen so why not?
i think its right were it should be. Mayfield had the hardest schedule by far. onate should get by carlsbad who is not very good and face a tough test with clovis. lchs should get by sandia who also is not very good.
I thought Mayfield should be at either 1 or 2, Onate probably should be at the #4 spot, and 'Cruces at 6th.
