That's why Mumme didn't sign his extension. He'd of got less. Shows you what he really thought about the situation coming into the season. Wish I could get a cool half million to not work.
Wow, you think for that much the Univ. would have put a confidentiality clause. There is no way he should have made that much. What would his salary have been had he stayed?
Well, they offered up the extension. It had a clause in there that if he didn't win x amount of games, they could let him go. He didn't sign it, so it kept his old contract in force, that didn't have that language (that he had to win x amount of games). His original contract was very complex.
