Manny Pacquiao/David Diaz

Manny Pacquiao, who has won four world titles and who started his career at 106 pounds takes on David Diaz for the WBC lightweight title on Saturday ni ght in Las Vegas, Nev.

Pacquiao has defeated some of the best in the business, including Juan Manuel Marquez and Marco Antonio Barrera. He has the superior speed and boxing skill against Diaz. But he will be facing a bigger fighter in Diaz.

But Diaz isn't hard to find and Pacquiao should be able to land a fair amount of shots. However, I expect Diaz to have his moments and he should be able to take Pacquiao's best punches.

Diaz is a survivor. He earned a late knockout vs. the highly regarded Jose Armando Santa Cruz and he beat the legendary Erik Morales last August.

But I have to go with Pacquiao. He has too much speed and ability and look for him to win via decision.
