Nice, here's mine: Las Cruces,La Cueva, Clovis, Mayfield, Artesia, Sandia, El Dorado, Goddard, Rio Rancho, and Cibola. Big game on Sept 12 in Albq. between Dawgs and Bears!

I have to agree with that last post. And after the way Onate played i can see why they dropped out of the top ten. I have Onate at 15.

How they played? I guess a win isn't good enough in your books. The post had Cibola ahead when they lost. I guess people need to reevaluate what wins and losses account for.

You have to admit, Onate did not come out and win impressively against what was supposed to be inferior competition. They won, which was a good thing, but when you want to be considered a top tier team, 12-9 doesn't cut it. I figured the defense would lead Onate early in the season, but I was disappointed with the offense. No way they beat Mayfield, or Cruces.

Onate will be alright. Their offense will come together soon enough.
Besides, it's better when no one thinks you're a factor.

Leave them out of the top ten. Everyone needs to underestimate the Black Knights this year.

No way they Beat Cruces or Mayfield? Great way to think after one game. The best thing about the Onate game was the defense dominated, once the offense gets up to par with the defense Onate will be very dangerous. I hope Cruces and Mayfield feel the same way because if they do they will be in for a rude awakening.

Onate is proving me right. Last night was pitiful at the FOD. I don't know what the coaches are thinking. Can you say "adjustments"? Seems like the offense is totally lost. Now, throw in quarterback controversy, and they really will be lost. The only ones in for a rude awakening are the Onate fans, because they (Knights) are not very good.

Check out the SWAMI! You act like you know what you are talking about. Making adjustments and all. How long have you been coaching probably not long if you are blogging. That game wasn't lost because of adjustments not taken it was because the defensive back on the third and long couldn't make a play when they needed one. If you want we can sit down and watch film and you can tell me what adjustments they needed to make since you are the sideline wizard. Dave

Sit and watch film with you? Don't waiste time with me, watch it with the defensive back who didn't make the play. You must not be a coach either, blogging and all. If I hit a nerve with you, it's only because every Onate fan I talked to before the season began said the Knights were gonna be serious contenders this year, and since they are starting very slow, I think those expectations were wishful thinking. So, stick by your team, and I will stick by my prediction.
SWAMI

No I must of hit a nerve with you swami.I have coached, as a matter of fact I've coached at the varsity level. Swami at what level have you coached? Probably at Sierra or Picacho.Hey should I call you Jimmy the Greek because you are so great at predicting HIGH SCHOOL games after just two.

sorry coach, I have to go with SWAMI on this one. The Knights look bad, and that is what is disturbing. Too much talent to be playing like this. They have been practicing all summer together for the most part, so why does the offense look like they don't know whats going on? GO KNIGHTS!

sounds like johnson is a little upset with swami. Oh we know it is him you can tell by what he says.
