Aggie volleyball

The New Mexico State Aggies volleyball team was ranked No. 23 in the American Volleyball Coaches Association Preseason Poll, which was released on Tuesday.
The Aggies earned 229 total points. They finished last season ranked No. 21 in the nation, finishing 26-6 in the process.
New Mexico State starts its season Aug. 29 against Oregon at the University of Illinois Tournament.
Oregon is ranked No. 11 in the poll. The Aggies also face No. 3 Texas, No. 2 Stanford and No. 12 Hawaii during the regular season. Santa Clara, Utah and Illinois, which are also on NMSU’s schedule, received votes in Tuesday’s poll.

Man that's a brutal schedule. Even for a ranked team. Playing the 2nd, 3rd, 11th and 12th ranked teams in the nation is amazing. Plus two of those games are at home. The girls represent the best team on our campus, and more people need to go out and support them.
